Why Staffwell exists
Staffwell was founded by Ben, who spent 8 years in the staffing industry, before starting the business himself.
That experience showed him how inconsistent the service could be when a business needed people quickly… sometimes fast and easy, sometimes slow, with little continuity in who you were even speaking to.
Staffwell is built to fix that specific thing. A direct, consistent point of contact for temporary staffing, whether you need cover once or every month.
