Any individual found to have engaged in unacceptable behaviour may be removed from assignments, have their registration terminated or, where appropriate, have the matter reported to the relevant client or authority.

Monitoring

Staffwell may review its recruitment practices and procedures periodically to ensure they remain fair, inclusive and compliant with current legislation.

Responsibility for implementing this policy rests with the management of Staffwell.
