All candidates have the legal right to work in the UK.
Identity and right to work checks are completed before assignments begin.
Workers are not charged recruitment fees by Staffwell.
Workers understand the nature of the assignments they accept, including pay rates, working hours and location.
Candidates are free to accept or decline assignments without coercion.
Where employment, payroll or compliance services are provided by third-party partners, Staffwell will seek to work only with reputable organisations that share our commitment to ethical employment practices and compliance with UK legislation.
Staffwell recognises that signs of modern slavery or labour exploitation may include:

No individual will suffer detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
Responsibility for implementing and maintaining this policy rests with the management of Staffwell.
We are committed to reviewing our recruitment practices, supplier relationships and internal procedures to reduce the risk of modern slavery within our business.
